ZAP is pleased to welcome back Amy Rudolph-Carroll as a guest speaker. She was twice an US Olympian at 5,000m (Atlanta / Sydney), Rudolph-Carroll has one of the most storied careers of any American runner. Rudolph-Carroll broke the American record for the 5,000m in 1996 with a time of 14:56 and has been a member of more than a dozen USATF National Teams since. She has also run the 10k in a personal best time of 31:18 in 2005. A native of Pennsylvania Rudolph-Carroll lives in Auburn, AL with her husband Mark Carroll, the cross country coach at Auburn.
