ZAP is pleased to once again welcome back Amy Rudolph-Carroll as a guest speaker. Amy had a storied career at Providence college where she won 2 NCAA National Championships and was a 10-time All-American. After her time at Providence Amy went on to make two US Olympic teams at 5,000m (Atlanta / Sydney), and have one of the most storied careers in American history. She broke the American record for the 5,000m in 1996 with a time of 14:56 and represent the United States at 7 World Championship events and was a 3-time national champion.

Following her competitive career, Amy served as an assistant track & field and cross country coach at Providence College, Bryant University and Auburn University and is currently the women’s cross country coach and assistant track and field coach at Drake University with her husband Mark Carroll.
